About the director
Martin Durkin is a brilliant maverick, the enfant terrible of UK documentary film-making. He's famous for his controversial documentaries about genetic modification and silicone breast implants, as well as for Extreme Ironing, a cult classic. Durkin is the managing director of WagTV. |
About the presenter
Olivia Judson has been described as "a goddess on screen - sexy and sassy and a real presence". This is her television debut. Judson is an evolutionary biologist and award-winning science journalist. She received her doctorate in biological sciences from Oxford University before joining the staff of The Economist, where she wrote about biology and medicine. She is presently a research fellow at Imperial College in London. |
